What's not to love when a movie has comedy and some cheap thrilled, guilt-free drama? VoD presents 'Electric Jesus' in time to rock and roll with you, this season, for the diehard music lover and metalhead fan in you!

A promoter (played by Brian Baumgartner) sells sound man Erik (Andrew Eakle) and his favorite Christian metal band, called 316, with the promise of a bus tour in the summer of 1986. Their so-called idea of making Jesus famous meets the confusion of personal ethics among many, religious introspection, lifelong friendships, and first loves.

'Electric Jesus' is a classic rock-and-roll comedy, following the ill-fated exploits of a religious metal band, during the summer of 1986.

Brian Baumgartner as Skip WIck

Brian Baumgartner, popularly known as his character, Kevin Malone on NBC's 'The Office', is an American actor and director.  While at school, he took part in several speech events and dramatics. Between his junior and senior years of high school, he focused on theater studies. Much later in his life, Baumgartner even went on to win a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Broadband Program under the Comedy category, for his work on 'The Office: The Accountants webisodes', and he shared the award with his co-stars, Angela Kinsey and Oscar Nunez, in the year 2007. Baumgartner hosted and was the executive producer 'of 'An Oral History Of The Office', a podcast on Spotify that featured interviews with his 'The Office' co-stars, in 2020.
