LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It has all come to an end! 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 31 concluded, declaring Charli D'Amelio and Mark Ballas as the winner. Gabby Windey and Val Chmerkovskiy reached the top two but stalled to win the show, thereby forcing them to take the runner-up title home.

We saw four finalists, Shangela, Wayne Brady, Charli D’Amelio and Gabby Windey, reaching the finale episode. The celebrity dancers along with their professional partners were seen jiving on two routines on the finale night. Each one excelled with their moves in redemption and freestyle round. The couple who stood in fourth place was Shangela and Gleb. This shocked 'DWTS' fans, especially after seeing their energetic and out-of-the-box freestyle round performance. Furthermore, Wayne and Witney stood in the third position. As Charli and Gabby stood there competing for the Mirrorball trophy, fans wished for Gabby to emerge as the season's champion. However, when Gabby lost, a few fans called out the Disney+ show to be 'rigged.' Keep reading to take a look at the fans' reaction over Gabby emerging as the runner-up of 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 31
