LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In anticipation of the new trailer, which was due to debut during halftime of the NFL Wild Card Game, a new poster for 'The Mandalorian' Season 3 was unveiled. Released courtesy of the official Twitter account for 'The Mandalorian,' the poster finds Grogu once again in the protective arms of Din Djarin, with the pair leaping into action as they continue to journey across the galaxy.

The space Western television series was created by Jon Favreau for the streaming service Disney+. It is the first live-action series in the 'Star Wars' franchise, beginning five years after the events of 'Return of the Jedi' in 1983, and stars Pedro Pascal as the title character, a lone bounty hunter who goes on the run to protect the Force-sensitive child Grogu. Also, the synopsis for 'The Mandalorian' Season 3 teases the heavy focus the new installment will have on the 'Star Wars' government called the New Republic.
