The filing confirms that neither party has been previously married and was signed by both individuals, along with Judge Ralph Winkler. This development comes as a shock, as early on in the show, McNees formed two strong emotional connections, one with 33-year-old account executive Chris Fusco and another with Spies.
At the same time, Spies was also developing a meaningful bond with retail merchandiser Emma Betsinger, while Fusco found a spark with 39-year-old infectious-disease physician Jessica Barrett, setting up a complicated love triangle inside the pods.
