LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Hulu's latest murder mystery series, 'Death and Other Details', might be under consideration for another renewal. Starring Mandy Patinkin and Violett Beane in pivotal roles, the series has garnered acclaim among fans of the mystery genre.
The series premiered on January 16, 2024, releasing a new episode every week. The ten-episodic series is set to conclude on March 5, 2024.

Despite the current season not having concluded yet, fans are already anticipating the news about its renewal.
While the makers haven't officially confirmed anything, Mike Weiss, the co-creator told Town & Country, "We have some top secret hopes and dreams. Some of those hopes and dreams are based rooted in the last two episodes. And so we don't want to spoil it for you."
He added, "Look, not every character in the pilot is going to survive the first season, but for the characters who are lucky enough to survive the very dangerous cruise that they find themselves on, they're gonna go off and they're going to take on more mysteries together as a unit."
From his statement, it appears that the luxury cruise murder mystery will be wrapped in this season's finale. The next season (if any) will follow Rufus Coteworth (Mandy Patinkin) taking on another case with Imogene Scott (Violett Beane) by his side.

'Death and Other Details' revolves around Rufus Coteworth, a seasoned detective, investigating the murder case of his assistant Danny, who disguised himself as Keith Trubitsky on a luxury cruise ship.
Imogene Scott, initially a prime suspect, is forced to help Rufus in solving the case. They embark on a mission to find the killer among the VIPs on board, leading to revelations that shed light on the unsolved murder case of Imogene's mother.
