'City on a Hill' Season 3 opened to positive reviews from fans and the Showtime drama's two new villains were immediately in the hate zone for one segment of the audience. Corbin Bernsen and Joanne Kelly's Sinclair and Letitia Dryden were introduced as central figures in the new installment with the former revealed as Jackie Rohr's (Kevin Bacon) mentor. The Drydens are the latest entrants to the show and come off as one of the wealthiest families in Boston. Beneath all the lavish living and the posh exterior, the duo is shown to be pretty shady.

The sleaze is on full display as Sinclair is shown to be having sex with a drugged and unconscious teen. His wife seemed to be in on the whole activity and that had the audience seething. The second instance of Letitia being in trouble is when she openly flirts with Rohr in their very first encounter. While the latter gets the hint that Letitia is indeed brazen, he still tries to be a lot more cordial in his interactions.
