Christopher DeLong Jr: Omaha teen accused of killing Clayton McCue who allegedly kicked and stabbed in neck
OMAHA, NEBRASKA: Christopher DeLong Jr, the teen accused of murder will be tried as an adult. The Omaha court, Nebraska has scheduled a hearing on December 20, where a second-degree murder case will be argued.
The 16-year-old Clayton McCue was brutally stabbed to death, reports WOWT. The victim’s father stated that a fight started near the residence of Clayton’s girlfriend. The teen was jumped, kicked, and stabbed in the neck as per the outlet.
Prosecutors are pressing for other related charges
Other media reports suggested that Clayton also sustained a stab wound in the head or a bad head injury on November 8.
Initially, the accused was charged with first-degree assault and using a weapon to commit a felony.
DeLong, who turned 16 on November 17, is being held on a $500,000 bond. As per Police, he stabbed the teen in the head in the area of South 182nd Avenue and Jefferson Street, between Q and Harrison Streets, on November 8.

Venessa wrote on her page, “Clayton's life was taken away from us November 8th, 2023 after being brutally beaten, & murdered. I'm starting this GoFundMe for support with funeral, medical, & emotional support.”
High School stabbing captured on camera
In an unrelated incident, A 17-year-old student was caught on camera stabbing his 18-year-old classmate in the hand and back during a serious altercation between two teenagers.
It was reported from an upstate New York high school before being stopped by daring teachers. The incident was recorded by students from a distance at Proctor High School.
A male teacher can be seen approaching the two before he takes the knife away from the attacker. "Are you out of your mind?" he asked. The victim is heard telling the male staff member, "He just stabbed the s**t out of my hands."
The male employee signals for another staff member to join, informing his colleague that the attacker is holding the knife in his hand.
Three staff employees are seen attempting to separate the two, however, one of the staff members shoves the victim to the ground, while his attacker stands his ground, reports MEAWW.
As per the Daily Sentinel, police have charged the 18-year-old with attempted first-degree assault, a class C felony, and fourth-degree weapon possession post-investigation.
