Spoilers for 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' Part 4

'Riverdale' showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa's 'Sabrina the Teenage Witch' reboot, titled 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina', recently returned to Netflix with new episodes in Part 4. The show, which was originally slated to appear on The CW, was later picked up by Netflix, which has been periodically releasing new episodes.

Without a doubt, Part 4 of 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' was it's most ambitious yet and featured the large-scale appearance of the villains collectively called the Eldritch Terrors. The season also finally put to rest as to whether Sabrina Spellman (Kiernan Shipka) would end up with either Harvey Kinkle (Ross Lynch) or Nicholas "Nick" Scratch (Gavin Leatherwood).

In Part 4, not one, but two Sabrinas (one from an alternate reality that was destroyed at the end of the previous season), strived to defeat the Eldritch Terrors which were brought on by Father Faustus Blackwood (Richard Coyle). In all, there were eight Eldritch Terrors, that appeared individually in each of the eight episodes of the season. Sabrina worked with Harvey, Nick, her friends Rosalind Walker (Jaz Sinclair), Theo Putnam (Lachlan Watson), Prudence Night (Tati Gabrielle), and her cousin, Ambrose Spellman (Chance Perdomo) to defeat the terrors.

Unfortunately, it ended with Sabrina dead, and Nick following her to be with her in the afterlife.

Will there be a Part 5?

With the way the show ended, many fans are wondering if it was the right way to end the show. This was confirmed by Netflix earlier this year when it was announced that 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' was canceled and that Part 4 would be the final season for the show. Fans had reacted negatively at the time, asking why 'Riverdale' was continuing when both of Aguirre-Sacasa's female-led Archieverse shows (including 'Katy Keene' on The CW) were canceled.

That sentiment remains the same and with the way that Part 4 ended, fans are especially more adamant that they would like another season for the show. One fan tweeted, "So who wants to manifest with me for a S5 of CAOS cuz it’s the way that can’t be the ending. I need more Sabrina." Another wrote, "netflix aren’t seeing those pearly gates for how they let sabrina s4 end..."

Fans called out Netflix for the ending of the show with many saying that the character deserved better. One fan tweeted, "i’m pulling the cord on netflix... they really cancelled sabrina for what? and that ending... you will not win netflix... you will NOT win." Another wrote, "The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is one of my favourite shows on Netflix but aaaaaaahhhh, I'm mad about this kind of ending. Sabrina deserves better. period."

However, one fan had an idea that could perhaps help Netflix get back into Sabrina's fans' good graces. They tweeted, "The only way for Netflix to makeup for that ass of an ending to Sabrina is to make an Ambrose & Prudence spinoff." We quite agree -- we loved when Ambrose and Prudence were paired up, especially when they went on the search for Blackwood in Part 3.

'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' Part 4 is now streaming on Netflix.
