This article contains spoilers for 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' Part 3

In Part 3 of 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,' Sabrina Spellman/Morningstar (Kiernan Shipka) has to find the balance in her life between ruling Hell as Queen and being a normal teenager at Baxter High. Unfortunately for her, she has to complete a quest to earn Hell's throne while the Pagans in Greendale hunt for witch blood. Lucie Guest plays the role of Circe on 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' Part 3.  She is a member of the pagan tribe that comes to Greendale to resurrect their old god — The Green Man.

Guest, an actor, writer and director were named as one of the 'Top Ten Filmmakers to Watch in 2017' by Independent Magazine. She is known for her direction in 'Never Better — A Closure Comedy' and a comedy titled 'Be Right Back'. Her recent works include the direction of a romance titled 'Love at First Flight' and rom-com titled 'For You, With Love'.  She spoke to MEA WorldWide (MEAWW) about what to expect from Part 3 of 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' from the perspective of the pagans and she also shares her experience on working with a young cast.

Guest speaks of how she prepared for the role with historic folklore as inspiration. "Circe is an old God and one of the more layered and 'other-worldly' characters I have played. It was so fun to have the opportunity to do the research for this role. The writers on this show are so talented it made it easy to dig into the character when there was already so much backstory to draw from," Guest said.

"I did a lot of research on the Greek mythology of Circe, which is where I drew inspiration from for the character as well as a long rabbit hole of YouTube videos of pagan research," she continued.

So what can we expect from the Pagans' entry into Greendale and why exactly are they there? Not revealing too much Guest said, "The pagans are on the hunt for blood, they want to resurrect something ancient that poses a threat to the Spellmans and the entire coven."

With the Pagans wanting to bring in more supernatural elements to an already hellish narrative, Guest revealed what fans can expect from Part 3 of the thriller series. "Transformation, darkness, unexpected turns. Season 3 will not disappoint. It’s so layered with storylines with existing characters, plus it has so many fun new characters that challenge Sabrina and her coven. Not to mention the mysterious carnival that rolls into town to stir up some trouble and magic along the way."

Bringing in the script's dependency on the new threat in Greendale, Guest elaborates on the odd group of people that come into Greendale. "Pagans are ancient Gods that predate most of the show's timelines. They have their own agenda and rituals. That said, in part 3, everything is interconnected," Guest revealed.

Witch teenagers and warlock portrayal call for a young cast, and so, Guest talks about her experiences with working with the leads in the series.

"I love the cast! The show is so dark but the cast’s energy on set is really fun and positive. They were all so welcoming, especially Kiernan and the Aunties — a fav is Lucy, not just because we have the same name. I'm so blown away by Kiernan's amazing ability to set the tone for the show and for being such a lovely human and professional. My first day on set, Kiernan invited me over for a game night with the whole cast. They just bring you into the fold. Sabrina has the best coven going!!"

All episodes of Part 3 of 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' are now streaming on Netflix.
