BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: 'RHOBH' star Annemarie Wiley faced backlash from netizens after defending her husband, Marcellus Wiley, in a recent post and apparently claiming that the individual who brought sexual harassment allegations against him was a liar.

Sharing a vacation post on Instagram, she wrote, "When your REAL LIFE is the definition of honorable and upstanding all they can do is fabricate lies. Here for love, truth, and joy only.

Ok, back to my vacation now." 

Soon, netizens took to social media to call out the reality TV star for subtly hinting that the alleged victims were liars. 

A Reddit user wrote, "Women like this make me sick. But she already shown she has no self esteem marrying a guy that called her an 8.5 in every category." 

"This was second most shocking to me…after her need to say that there were a lot of women going after her husband when they met but she “won.” Just bizarre," added another. 

A person said, "She’s a pick me wife," and someone else stated, "Thank you for posting this! This man has a clear pattern and the university went above and beyond to cover for him. Tale as old as time." 

One more remarked, "She continues to prove her stupidity over and over again! It honestly blows my mind," and a netizen added, "Can’t fix stupid." 

What are the charges against Marcellus Wiley?

Marcellus Wiley, a Columbia University alumnus and ex-NFL star, is facing allegations of rape and sexual assault, according to a lawsuit filed just before the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act in New York, which allows survivors to sue alleged abusers beyond the statute of limitations, as per PEOPLE Magazine. 

It claims that Marcellus spent the night in the accuser's dorm room, but he denies engaging in intercourse, asserting that he was invited and properly signed in and out of the dorm building by the student.
