What is 'Bridgerton' Season 2 about?

Season 1 was based around Daphne Bridgerton and her courtship and subsequent marriage to Simon Bassett, the Duke of Hastings. Season 2 will see the eldest Bridgerton sibling Anthony start his search for a wife. Following a failed on-again, off-again romance with opera singer Siena, the eldest of the siblings declares his intentions to find a viscountess, to marry for duty rather than love. Revolving around his romance the teaser shows us a feisty, new young lady Kate Sharma who will have none of his nonsense making for an interesting potential love interest. Add to that the announcement from Lady Whistledown that she has been honing her skills or rather sharpening her knives for all of them, and we can expect a dramatic new season!
