Contains spoilers for 'Billions' Season 6 Episode 9 'Hindenburg'

It was a Reggie Miller vs Michael Jordan battle. Now, Miller may have had his moment, but Jordan, well...he took it personally. That's pretty much 'Billions' Season 6 Episode 9. 'Hindenburg' is all about revenge and a masterclass in business hardball (Sorry Toney Goins, we had borrow that one from you). It's a neat episode that has quite a few characters involved in the still-raging Corey Stoll's Mike Prince (the MJ in this case) and Paul Giamatti's Chuck Rhoades.

It's a revenge story. Prince lost the Olympics bid, and in return, he bounces back by getting 2/3rd of the Senate to remove Rhoades as New York's AG for abuse of power. Long story short, and so as to not completely ruin the viewing experience for Chuck-haters, Prince succeeds with ample support from Kate Sacker (Condola Rashad). There's three winners here after Prince pulls some strings and hits where it hurts — Daevisha 'Dave' Mahar, who becomes the acting AG for the remainder of Chuck's term. Kate and Prince naturally are the other ones on the podium.

Taylor has been making waves throughout the season. Bobby Axelrod's protege comes with a certain burden of expectations that this genius manages to hold on to and showcase in the most Axelrod way possible. It's as if the show wants to mould Taylor to be the next Axelrod, or at least, in this case, a more explosive and brilliant version. It's tough to probably be Damian Lewis and bring the chutzpah that he did to the table, but if anyone on this drama can pull that off, then it has to be Asia Kate Dillon.

It's brilliant the way Taylor slams Mafee and Dollar Bill Stern when they attempt to poach Ben and Tuk. With a new ally in Goins' Philip, the TMC head honcho tears the two apart and that had to be one of the more impressive storyines of the season. There's also a quiet and subtle hint of Maggie Siff perhaps leaving the show in 'Hindenburg'. It's great to be proved wrong here, but it also shouldn't come as a surprise considering her character has just been a pale shadow of herself ever since the abruptly cut burgeoning romance with Axe in season 5.

Plus, with the Olympics bid falling flat, Wendy, who was searching for purpose in this installment is left without one. So, quite simply, this might be another send-off that's hinted, but if it indeed is goodbye, Wendy fans may have a thing or two to say. 'Hindendurg' is one of the better episodes of 'Billions' Season 6, and rest assured that the see-saw battle will continue. Every NBA playoff is a seven-game series after all.

'Billions' Season 6 airs Sundays at 9 pm ET on Showtime.
