As viewers, we are prepared for nuclear-level cattiness when 'Basketball Wives' returns to VH1 on February 9, Tuesday. Evelyn Lozada and Ogom 'OG' Chijindu will single-handedly lead that mission. They have two lawsuits propelling them into Season 9.

'BBW' took over a year-long break but not before it came to an explosive end. Although the feud was mainly off the show and comments made while the crew wasn't filming, a lot of it trickled into the regular, on-camera conversations, which made for an interesting finale episode. OG and Evelyn bicker a lot. And that's just how their relationship has been bittersweet. They were still sisters. But no one thought it would come to this.

Once Evelyn made comments about OG's appearance and added a monkey GIF to describe it. This riled the latter up so much that she took to Twitter to make a comment that would go on to be one of the major reasons for being charged with a lawsuit.

"AND THERE iT iS.. SHOW YOUR TRUE COLORS YOU RACiST BiGOT.. YOU CALLED CECE “LiNG LiNG” JACKiE A “COCKROACH” & NOW ME A “MONKEY” MAY GOD TAKE CARE OF YOU WELL WELL..EVELYN LOZADA," she wrote and attached a screengrab of Evelyn's Instagram story. For which she received a lot of support from her fans.

"I'm so sorry this happened to you. You are beautiful intelligent and a woman who stands strong on your beliefs. Keep being you. @EvelynLozada is intimidated and jealous of you. This saddens me that she would say this," a user posted, while another shared: "I dare Evilyn to jump over a table to try to get to OG. Lol! I love your realness OG. They must have thought you was like all the others. But you flipped it beautifully."

Executive producer Shaunie O'Neal tried to do some damage control by addressing the situation but it only spiraled out of control when Evelyn filed a lawsuit against OG for defamation, The Sun reported. In her papers, Evelyn apparently stated that she lost endorsements and suffered "emotional distress" due to OG's accusations. She further defended her case saying that her children are of African and Hispanic descent and she works towards the welfare of abused women. Evelyn pointed out that such actions are not those of a racist.

But little did she know that her lawsuit will be responded with a counter-lawsuit from OG. She claimed that Evelyn had a history of being emotionally and physically abusive and that she suffered chest pain when she learned of Evelyn's lawsuit. That put her in a hospital, the publication confirmed.

Ever since all of this went down, Evelyn and OG naturally can't see eye to eye. We'll get to witness some of their bitterness when the show premieres on Tuesday night. As interesting as that may sound, some of OG's fans were disappointed to learn of her return. A lot of viewers had questions about why she would get back and invite more toxicity. OG is bound by contract and that is the only reason why she agreed to make an appearance.

Will this be her last season? Let's hope not.
