Basketball Wives: Malaysia's no makeup, no weave selfie is giving us goals

Impeccable makeup, jealousy-inducing clothes and unclockable weaves are part and parcel of  ‘Basketball Wives.’ So, although Malaysia looks absolutely gorgeous in her natural, carefree avatar, it was more than a bit surprising when Malaysia Parago shared a no make-up selfie, showing off her natural curls.

The reality star was expressing her frustration with her unbraided and unruly hair, but fans were quick to appreciate her natural beauty and comfort in her own skin. A fan wrote in response to her post, “Now THIS, this is natural beauty!” while another opined, “Omgggg all that hair u need to wear that fro just once it's beautiful!!😍😍😍”

Malaysia has been a huge fan-favorite this season, especially with her standing up for her friend Tami when Jen tried to throw her under the bus – especially when she was half-way across the world. In the most recent episode of the ‘Basketball Wives,’ we saw her confronting Jen about manipulating her and calling her out for not being a real friend.

However, instead of owning up to the fact that she used Malaysia’s trust and friendship to take Evelyn down, she tried to blame it all on Tami. Being the true friend and stand-up gal that she is, Malaysia refused to let that happen, even flipping the table on Jen when she refused to take responsibility for her actions.

Fans have been loving this Malaysia, with one of the fans commenting on the situation, “I totally felt Malaysia in this scene. It just shows who's been zoomin' who. Ev forgave Jenn too fast some seasons past and lo and behold, here we go again...did y'all not see the runaway train coming?? Ev's been giving Tami all of this heat and now she owes her the skin off of her back. Knowing Tami, she's not going to forgive Ev and I can say I don't blame her Malaysia is doing what Ev should've done.”

Meanwhile, the one person who stayed conveniently away from the tussle is executive producer Shaunie, who seemed like she is telepathically screaming, “Yaass Malaysia! Save my ratings girl.” Fans are taking notice of the fact that she seems even more “god-like” this season that she has been in the previous seasons.

She has been keeping secrets and doling out timely punishments for things she deemed necessitated it. In the season finale, we saw her calling out Jen for making uncouth remarks about Evelyn’s daughter – over a year ago. This comes as quite hypocritical since she did pick a fight with Tami when she held on to a secret of her own earlier this season. Tami had failed to inform Shaunie that Lozada slept with her ex, Shaquille O'Neal for over a year.

Now fans are demanding some answers and turns out, Shaunie has  one for them, however, dissatisfying it may be:
