'OG skin is lighter than last season or they did better on her makeup. She’s the same color of Jennifer & Kristin,' said a fan

Ogom 'OG' Chijindu's colorism storyline has spilled over into this season and none of the ladies seems to like it much. They are taking a break from the pandemic to spend two weeks by themselves in souped-up mansions and the last thing they want is to revisit uncomfortable conversations, which is exactly what happened when Kristen Scott dropped by.

In Season 8, Kristen wanted to lend a patient ear, be OG's friend. But her efforts were dismissed immediately and we now know the reason why. Kristen came in with the same logic that OG and she are of the same skin color, which had the latter clarifying that Kristen's features were different. OG even called her castmate out for supporting Evelyn Lozada over a bunch of text messages she was reading out against OG last season.

A very confused and frazzled Kristen then headed to the other mansion where she told the other ladies how OG's issue was that she was never allowed to express herself. Kristen added that she has failed to understand her concept of colorism.

Meanwhile, fans are tired of OG stretching her storyline. Some have even pointed out that her skin is lighter than last season. "OG skin is lighter than last season or they did better on her makeup. She’s the same color of Jennifer & Kristin #BasketballWives," a fan commented, while another shared: "OG and this light brown line down her nose is KILLING ME. Whomever did her makeup needs to be fired."

"So my overall take from tonight’s episode is that OG can’t take accountability, wants to see the wrong in everyone else but not herself, doesn’t know the actual definition of colorism and still has a bad makeup artist," a user expressed.  "Why does OG look orange ... what is it ?? The hair ?? The makeup ... #BasketballWives," another posted.

"Jen and OG are the same complexion and there’s never been an issue. I think the issue is OG’s aesthetics and that she’s strong AF being an athlete and could actually hurt some1 in a fight unlike the other girls," a user tweeted, while another wrote: "Kristen and OG are the same complexion. OG is busted. Period. Can't dress and bum azz weave. #BasketballWives."
