Ann Marie Guerra: NYPD cop who stuffed panties in male subordinate's mouth had her promotion pulled off
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK: Ann Marie Guerra, the NYPD sergeant who allegedly stuffed panties in a male underling's mouth, is denied her promotion to detective squad. The New York Police Department claimed her promotion was "rescinded." If the promotion had happened, Guerra would have received a starting yearly salary of $120,400 which is about $2,000 more than she makes now as a sergeant, and after three years that would have climbed to $135,000, the same pay as a lieutenant.
Detective Victor Falcon had claimed that he and Sgt Ann Marie Guerra were inside the unisex locker room at the 72nd Precinct in Brooklyn on October 7, 2018, when the incident took place. The department also added regarding the incident, “Nearly every month, the NYPD elevates a number of its members through discretionary promotions,” a department spokesperson said in a statement.

Who is Sergeant Ann Marie Guerra?
Guerra is the NYPD police sergeant who has been accused of stuffing the panties in a male subordinate's mouth in 2018. She was the second-in-command at the 72nd Precinct Detectives Squad when she lost it on Detective Victor Falcon after he complained about her habit of leaving her underwear around the locker room. In a claim filed by Falon it mentions, “In a fit of rage, defendant Guerra ignored all protocol, retrieved her soiled underwear and violently shoved them into Falcon’s mouth and then aggressively rubbed them all over Falcon’s face. The sexually-charged and violent gender-motivated assault left Falcon traumatized and in shock … Guerra screamed in (Falcon’s) face, ‘See? They are f–ing clean!"
What was Falcon's reaction to the promotion rumor?
Falcon, who was termed the “panty-munching cop" no longer works for the department. “I’m not allowed to do anything really,” he said when reached by phone on Monday. ”They don’t want me to have contact with the outside world.” He then added, "Yesterday, somebody sent me a message with a picture of the orders and I’m like ‘Are you serious?. At what point do you stop beating on somebody?” he asked. “You put me here for five years. You punished me. You’ve done everything you could to me. And then now on top of that, you promote her?"
Falcon’s lawyer Paul Liggieri said, "She’s been promoted at the expense of my client. Victor is in the same position as he was five years ago. He has been denied overtime. He has been denied transfers. Yet the person who sexually harassed him is being rewarded for it.” “The facts allege and the evidence shows a litany of retaliatory and adverse employment actions taken against Detective Falcon. To this day, the defendants continue to retaliate against Detective Falcon in an effort to create a hostile work environment that forces (him) from his job," claims the court papers, as per New York Post.
How was she exposed?
Other than stuffing the underwear into Falcon's mouth, the complaint also stated, “Sgt. Guerra stated to me that if the girl didn’t call me back, it is because I had a little d–k,” It then added, "Sgt. Guerra stated that she used a dildo on her husband during intercourse." It further read, "On another occasion [she said] that she was home alone masturbating and her husband came home and tried to join and she said, ‘WTF this isn’t an invitation'.” Guerra discriminated against Falcon by denying him accommodation for his special-needs kid. She is a married mother of two and has spread a lot of male-hating rants. Guerra was extremely angry with Flacon as he complained to his superior about her habit of leaving her underwear lying around in the locker room.
