Where is Andrea Flores? Cops reveal major update in missing toddler abduction case
MILLBRAE, CALIFORNIA: A toddler who has gone missing may have been kidnapped by her father who police suspect may be headed to Mexico. The search is on for Andrea Flores, 3, and her father Victor Flores Enriquez, 33, who were last seen at their Millbrae home in California.
The disappearance of Andrea has been reported to law enforcement organizations in adjacent states, including US Customs and Border Protection. In a tweet, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office has requested additional support from the public by stating, "ASKING FOR THE PUBLIC’S HELP: Andrea Flores may be the victim of parental abduction. Last seen in at 581 Magnolia Ave in Millbrae and may be in the company of her father, Victor Flores Enriquez. If you see Andrea, please call 911." According to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office (SMCSO), authorities are looking for a child who went missing in Millbrae on Sunday, January 1. The child vanished between 9.30 am and 11.30 am as per KRON4. Police suspect that Andrea, a 3-year-old, may have been kidnapped by her father. She had planned to visit her father, the suspect Victor Flores-Enriquez, at 581 Magnolia Avenue before she was last seen there.

Andrea is described as being 36 pounds, 3 feet tall, with braided brown hair and blue eyes. Her last known outfit included a pink and white sweater with ‘Frozen’ movie characters emblazoned on the front, black trousers with white stars, a pink beanie, and braided brown hair with a bright green hair tie at the top. According to the SMCSO, a child custody arrangement permits Flores-Enriquez, 33, to see his daughter three times per week in a public setting. After the visit on Sunday, Flores-Enriquez did not deliver Andrea back to her grandmother.
She might be with Flores-Enriquez, according to police. Authorities claim that he does not possess a car and typically uses ride-sharing apps or public transportation. Flores-Enriquez, who is 5-foot-10 and 180 pounds, has brown hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen with a black bag, a blue t-shirt, and blue denim jeans. According to the SMCSO, Flores-Enriquez, a Hispanic male described in the release, has recently made remarks about going back to Mexico US Customs and Border Protection. Law police at the border and in neighboring states have been informed of Andrea's disappearance to make sure she is found as soon as possible. The police have also urged anyone having information regarding the case to call 911 due to the severity of its nature.
