Adrian Paul Aispuro: Armed man who claimed to be part of Robert F Kennedy’s security detail arrested
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A man, who carried firearms and extra ammunition and claimed to be part of Robert F Kennedy’s security detail, was arrested by authorities after showing up at a California event featuring the Democratic presidential candidate.
Adrian Paul Aispuro, 44, is now facing charges related to carrying a concealed weapon and is booked on $35,000 bail.
“The man wearing two shoulder holsters with loaded pistols and spare ammunition magazines was carrying a US Marshal badge on a lanyard and beltclip federal ID,” Kennedy said early on Saturday, September 16.
“He identified himself as a member of my security detail.” Kennedy posted an image of the man, who was wearing a black shirt with a white symbol reading “Emergency Medical Services.”
I’m very grateful that alert and fast-acting protectors from Gavin de Becker and Associates (GDBA) spotted and detained an armed man who attempted to approach me at my Hispanic Heritage speech at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles tonight. Adrian Paul Aispuro's brother was also detained
Aispuro’s brother, Raymond, who dropped him off at the event was also detained for a short while.
He said that the entire incident was a misunderstanding and that his brother, an unemployed Emergency Medical Technician, had been told there was a security job for him there.
“He approached the security guard and asked about a point of contact for someone,” Raymond Aispuro, 38, told The New York Post.
“They didn’t know who he was talking about. They told him to stay right there. He did, and next thing happens, the cops show up and arrest him,” Raymond said.

Does Adrian Aispuro have any criminal record?
Raymond also claimed that his brother has a clean criminal record and is not a stalker or even political, and has no connection to the federal government.
"My brother got bad information from someone or was misled somehow. I don’t think he was there for any other purpose except for work,” he continued.
“He had his gun holstered, never took it out, never displayed any aggression," he added.
Adrian Aispuro posted a threatening TikTok video
Adrian Aispuro posted an unsettling TikTok video on July 31 where his gun and fake marshal’s badge were prominently shown.
“My name is Adrian Paul Aispuro,” he said, adding “I need to speak to the Hell’s Angels, I need to speak to the Mongols.”
“Contact me,” he said — offering an email address. "Let’s f****g break some kneecaps … Let’s f**k it up. I’m putting this planet on lockdown … Take care of each other, protect the women and the children. If I don’t make it back, call the f*****g president. Your commander-in-chief, Donald J Trump,” he added.
The incident occurred at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles on Friday evening, September 15, where Kennedy delivered a speech in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.
“Armed GDBA team members moved quickly to isolate and detain the man until LAPD arrived to make the arrest. I’m also grateful to LAPD for its rapid response,” he said.
