There are enough remains of Dex Parios' (Cobie Smulders) adventures in the realm of thriller fiction, but one cannot wait until the next episode to see more of the tragic yet eerily funny life of the PI.

In Episode 14 of 'Stumptown' titled 'Til Dex Do Us Part', our favorite heroine will be seen making a dramatic entry at a chapel as she needs to stop a wedding as part of her latest investigation.

The preview sees Dex being hired by a client who wants the PI to stop her sister from marrying a guy whose true intentions are unclear.

The official synopsis for the episode read: "Dex is hired to investigate a bride's fiancé after suspicions arise regarding the motives behind the hurried nuptials. Dex asks Hoffman for help with the case and discovers there's more to this couple than meets the eye."

It also states that Detective Miles Hoffman (Michael Ealy) will be seen going "head-to-head with his father" when he learns about his involvement with a suspect in one of his cases.

We will also get to see more of Tookie (Adrian Martinez) in the next episode as he and Ansel Parios (Cole Sibus) plan to build a working relationship with Grey McConnell (Jake Johnson).

However, it remains to be seen if the owner of Bad Alibi is willing to accept Ansel and Tookie's business proposal as one. It's an added responsibility for him to be associated with another acquaintance of Dex's and he has just gotten back from playing undercover for Miles, through which he met Mags and was absolutely smitten.

Also, in the previous episode, after pacing back and forth, Dex agrees to help Ansel get his Driver's license. It would be a treat to watch Ansel drive his sister's car, which has a mind of its own with a stereo that knows exactly what music to play in every situation.

Episode 14 of 'Stumptown' airs on February 12 on ABC.
