Mister Sinister commands the cloned Jean Grey to take her child and return to him, but she refuses. In response, he asserts his dominance, claiming ownership of every cell in her body and asserting control over her mind.

Eventually, she succumbs to Mister Sinister's mind control and transforms into The Goblin Queen under his influence. Subsequently, she proceeds to morph the entire X-Men mansion into a depiction of hell, reminiscent of Dante's Inferno.

While the X-Men battle demonic creatures and sinister demons from hell, a colossal skeleton-like monster emerges from underground, poised to eradicate the X-Men once and for all.

The real Jean Grey, despite her injuries and partial recovery, manages to suppress the assault unleashed by The Goblin Queen, showcasing her greater power and resilience compared to her clone.

As she expends her final reserves of energy to repel all the demons back underground and restore the mansion to its original state, she becomes exhausted and collapses into Scott's arms.

The Goblin Queen issues a warning to the X-Men that her powers are only beginning to emerge, and those who oppose her will meet a similar fate.

She then departs with her newborn son, Nathan, leaving a foreboding message for the X-Men.

What is Mister Sinister going to do with her and the child? You will have to watch the entire episode to find out.
