Wonho charms Jessi on 'Showterview with Jessi', fans say 'Be one of us'

Promoting his newly released single album, ‘Obsession’ and its lead single, ‘Eye On You’, Wonho had a fun interview with rapper Jessi

Being the self-proclaimed ‘Wenee Lover’ that he is, the singer Wonho is willing to do anything for his fans. Some fans said they wanted Wonho to visit rapper Jessi’s talk show, ‘Showterview with Jessi’, but Wenees (fans of Wonho) really did not think it was possible that their wish would be manifested so easily. Proving how much he really loves Wenees, Wonho made a special appearance on Episode 87 of the talk show.

Wonho planned the visit to promote his newly released single, ‘Eye On You’ that was released on February 16. Only hours after the release of the single from his first single album, ‘Obsession’, Wonho reportedly topped iTunes charts in more than 10 different regions. ‘Eye On You’, the lead single from his first album ranked Number 1 on iTunes in several regions including Argentina, Brazil, Norway, Paraguay, Saudi Arabia, and more.

Wonho charms Jessi

Wonho really does not need any promotions now that he is topping charts globally but he still made an appearance on Jessi’s talk show because of his fans who really wanted to see the idol interact with the ‘no-filter’ queen of K-pop. When Wonho first entered the set, fans noticed how Wonho was all shy but on Jessi’s insistence, the singer spoke in English.

Initially, Wonho had told fans that he was learning English to improve his communication with Wenees in the past. The lessons seem to have paid off. Hearing him answer in English so confidently, Jessi was shocked. She wondered if Wonho had practiced the speech for Jessi in particular. With captions stating that Jessi was flustered because of Wonho’s charms during the interview, fans of the idol asked Jessi become a Wenee and join the fandom so that they could swoon over Wonho together.

Fans of Wonho have the best reaction to his appearance on the show. One fan said, “Wonho are so cute!!!” Another fan said, ‘I’m so happy.” One more fan said, “Extremely thankful to Jessi and the Show!terview staff for inviting Wonho. One fan said, “It's so funny and wonho-jessi together is just so adorable but this episode just further proved how much wonho loves wenees so much godd he barely even talked about other stuffs, it's like a wenee special interview and that's what makes him so precious, this is why we love him.” Another fan said, “I think wonho found a nuna in jessi and jessi found another little brother to annoy in wonho.” One fan said, “Be one of us, Jessi.”
