DAEJEON, SOUTH KOREA: Choi Woo-shik, known for starring in 'Train to Busan' (2016) and 'Parasite' (2019), has taken his fans by surprise with his chilling role of a serial killer in 'A Killer Paradox'. While fans are completely engrossed with the plotline, they also wonder if the show would be renewed for another season.

Based on Kkomabi’s webtoon of the same name, the latest Netflix series offers a thrilling plot divided into eight engaging episodes dropped together on February 9, 2024.

Here's what we know about 'A Killer Paradox' Season 2

As far as we know, there has been no official announcement relating to the renewal of 'A Killer Paradox'. If it becomes a hit on Netflix, the OTT giant may ask the creators of the show to work on another season.

Though it wasn't an open-ended finale for Season 1 of 'A Killer Paradox', there's still some scope for the story to be carried forward to another season.

It would be a treat for the fans of the show to watch Choi Woo-shik back in action. And if the series isn't renewed, we won't be missing out on any mystery as the stories of each of the characters were wrapped up perfectly in Season 1.

What happens in 'A Killer Paradox' Season 1?

Embarking on a moral rollercoaster, Season 1 of 'A Killer Paradox' introduces us to Lee Tang, a regular college student working part-time at a convenience store. His life takes a dark turn one night when an accidental act leads to the death of a stranger, triggering guilt and fear.

However, as Lee discovers the victim's criminal past, he realizes his newfound ability to sense evil and becomes a vigilante, eliminating wrongdoers without leaving a trace.

The narrative grapples with the ambiguity of Lee Tang's actions, questioning whether he is a hero or a malevolent force as the lines between right and wrong blur.

The season concludes with Lee Tang walking away without facing consequences, leaving viewers pondering his true nature.

Should a Season 2 emerge, it hints at a potential escalation as Lee embraces his 'powers,' raising the stakes in a renewed killing spree, with the looming question of whether justice will eventually catch up with him.

All the episodes of 'A Killer Paradox' are available on Netflix.
