Why did Matt Blashaw leave 'Yard Crasher'?

When Matt announced his departure from 'Yard Crasher' as the host, he explained nothing other than that he was taking a break from the reality show. Matt asked for time to explore his real estate business and boost his career in it. Therefore, before bowing out from the show, Matt informed his fans through social media. He tweeted, "Hi folks, I am taking a bit of a break again from here to focus on my real estate biz." Furthermore, Matt revealed a link about where to find him. Ever since then, Matt provided his full focus to his real estate career in Orange County. As of now, Matt is working on various real estate projects and has been spending quality time with his wife and son.

Now that Season 2 is around the corner, fans wonder what it will bring to the screen. The show's synopsis reads, "Community members across the country, who nominated their hometown for rejuvenation projects, are selected for a surprise home renovation of their dreams." In 'Build It Forward', we will see Matt and Taniya helping out first-time homeowners remodel their houses. The synopsis of the first episode of Season 2 reads, "A hometown hero uses the arts to empower youth through his organisation, A Pocket Full of Hope. With Lowe's help, Taniya and Shane renovate his home and help restore a historic theatre for community use." The synopsis of the second episode is out as well and it says, "Taniya and Shane head to Denver to surprise a programme director at Colorado Village Collaborative, which shelters people experiencing homelessness. With help from Lowe's, the team works on a space for members and tackles this local hero's residence." In further episodes, Matt and Taniya will be seen heading to several other locations to renovate houses as per their clients' demands.
