HUDSON VALLEY, NEW YORK: An exciting new home renovation series is about to hit your screens this summer as HGTV's 'Small Town Potential' is ready for its debut. The network describes it as a captivating show that will follow the renovation adventures of local real estate agent and designer Davina Thomasula alongside contractor and partner Kristin Leitheuser. Together, they will assist families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city to find a dream home at an affordable price in the picturesque Hudson Valley.

Throughout the show's eight episodes, Thomasula will be seen creating stunning renovation plans that perfectly complement the natural beauty of the charming neighborhood, and Kristin will bring them to life with her building skills. Moreover, Kristin's dad, Donald Leitheuser, who has 40 years of experience in carpentry and renovation skills, will assist the duo throughout the season.

Kristin's father, Donald Leitheuser, is the owner of Washington Hollow Restoration, a renowned home remodeling and repair company in the greater Manhattan area. With a focus on high-quality craftsmanship and personalized service, Donald and his team are dedicated to meeting the special requirements of clients, striving to exceed their expectations. As a family-run business, they prioritize the client's satisfaction and ensure that most of their investment goes directly into the work.

Donald celebrated the 34th anniversary of his marriage in June 2022 and shared a beautiful picture with his wife on Instagram. He also took to Instagram to announce that he was going to be a part of an HGTV show with his youngest daughter, Kristin. After managing a business, in the home remodeling and repair domain for the past 16 years, Donald is going to be of immense help in 'Small Town Potential'.
