LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: South African movies and shows are extremely underrated in America, but it seems Netflix is determined to shake things up. The streamer's new offering ‘Fatal Seduction’ will arrive on screens on July 7, 2023. The thriller series, as the title suggests, is all about lust, deceit, and murder.

Along with an intriguing plotline, ‘Fatal Seduction’ comes with an incredibly talented and attractive cast too. While there are several actors and actresses in the mix, Kgomotso Christopher is at the center of it all. If her name doesn’t sound too familiar, her work most certainly speaks for itself. Christopher plays Nandi Mahlati in the series, and here’s why she might look familiar to you.

Kgomotso Christopher’s previous work

Most of Christopher’s work has been in television, which makes her the perfect fit for ‘Fatal Seduction'. Her journey in television started back in 2010 when she appeared in the first three seasons of ‘4Play: Sex Tips for Girls'. Christopher gained a lot of recognition for playing Katlego Sibeko in the South African soap opera ‘Isidingo’. In 2018, she appeared on ‘Scandal!’ as Yvonne in the first season, which made her extremely popular amongst soap opera fans. Apart from her popular stints on soaps, Christopher also appeared in ‘Zulu Wedding’, a popular South African rom-com. Undoubtedly, ‘Fatal Seduction’ on Netflix will give her the continued worldwide recognition she deserves.

Christopher as Nandi

As mentioned before, Christopher will play Nandi, who is the pivotal character of ‘Fatal Seduction'. One look at the trailer, and you will forget all about the other cast members because Christopher steals the show. After being caught up in a web of lies, lust, affairs, and murder, Nandi must find her way out of it all. It appears the makers have landed on the perfect casting as she blends herself into the thriller genre while embodying the role of a married woman who wants more from love and life.
