Who is Davina Thomasula? 'Small Town Potential' co-host is former New York's Best Bartender finalist
POUGHKEEPSIE, NEW YORK: HGTV's forthcoming real estate and restoration show, 'Small Town Potential,' will take viewers to the Hudson Valley. Throughout the eight episodes, the hosts will be seen restoring various residences and preparing them for the homeowners to move in. Davina Thomasula, a real estate agent and designer, and her life partner and contractor, Kristin Leitheuser, will help families looking to settle down in a cozy upstate New York hamlet locate the ideal property to restore and call home during the eight-episode season. In each episode, Davina will create a timeless design concept that will be complemented by the natural surroundings of the location, which Kristin will bring to life with the aid of her father and building partner, Don.
The new HGTV show will follow two persons as they go around tiny villages in the Hudson Valley, attempting to make homeowners' property fantasies come true. Let's get to know one of the hosts, Davina, before the show debuts on Wednesday, June 14, at 9 pm ET.

Who is Davina Thomasula?
Davina is well-versed in the best of New York, from its neighborhoods and architecture to its gastronomic and nightlife enterprises. She delivers a unique perspective and talents to her clients, opening their eyes to new real estate and lifestyle prospects, thanks to her expertise in hospitality, breadth of knowledge, and contacts! Davina, a real estate agent, will feature in 'Small Town Potential'. The agent attended Florida International University from 1999 to 2002, where she studied communications and broadcast journalism. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism, as well as minors in marketing and psychology.
Davina began her career at Park Bar, which helped her become one of the top 10 finalists of New York's Best Bartender in 2015. Davina began working as a VP of Culinary, Food, and Drink Talent at Forknplate.com in 2013 and worked there for seven years before transitioning to real estate. She worked for Keller Williams in New York for two years before founding Goodnight Kenny, a neighborhood pub in Poughkeepsie. Davina had always wanted to run her pub. She was able to realize her ambition after 15 years of bartending in New York City. Last year, Davina launched Goodnight Kenny on Poughkeepsie's Academy Street. Davina and co-owner Megan Giometti, who owns three bars in New York City, want it to become the neighborhood bar and named it after her musician father.

Davina is a co-host of HGTV's 'Small Town Potential' and a real estate agent, as well as a designer and company owner.
