Who are Galactivators? 'AGT' Season 18 contestants dream of sending 'healing cosmic vibes' with their new song

LONG BEACH, CALIFORNIA: 'America's Got Talent' Season 18 auditions continue with more talented contestants. The viewers have already seen five acts earn the Golden Buzzer, including the show’s first-ever audience-chosen Golden Buzzer. However, there are still at least two Golden Buzzers left to be pressed this season. One of those belongs to Sofia Vergara, who is the only judge who hasn't pressed it yet.

However, one of the band bidding for the buzzer or at least advancing to the next round is Galactivators. The band consists of Galactica and Joseph 'Saint Joe' Katta. The duo band Galactivators provide a multicultural/multi-faith healing experience where people can tap into the energy of nature and mother earth through music and dance

Who are Galactivators?

Galactivators create a unique music experience for all kinds of events, from small private events to large-scale festivals. Galactica and Joseph intend to activate the audience's self-healing abilities through communal dance, interactive call & response, and empowering lyrics. Galactivators is established in the local community in Long Beach, CA, and serves people around the world through various unique avenues. The Galactivators know people's unique challenges when pursuing spiritual guidance and empowerment. According to Galactivators website, Galactica and Joseph perform as a duo or with a full multi-piece live band of amazingly talented musicians. They guide the participants through a journey of musical awakening with singing, and dance.

Galactica is a published author and the creator and illustrator of the 'Hey Fairy' Coloring Book Series. She is also the lead singer of Galactivators and the director of Free Yoga On the Beach, a donation-based daily yoga class with multiple local teachers. She often enjoys Galactivating people around the world and brings her amazing magic and energy to everything that comes into her field. Meanwhile, Joseph is from the State of New York and now resides in California. He is the co-founder, music producer, one of the lead singers, and manager of Galactivators. As the lead musician and producer, Joseph often enjoys performing with unique multi-genre and multi-instrumental styles of music learned from around the world.

Galactivators to perform their new song on 'America's Got Talent' Season 18

Galactivators is all set to rock the 'AGT' Season 18 stage. They are equally excited as they shared multiple behind the scene photos and videos on the band's social media page. They wrote, "Heads up, SuperFriends! This Tuesday, 7/18, catch us, the @Galactivators, on NBC at 8pm for our appearance on @agt America’s Got Talent w @terrycrews 🎤 @simoncowell 🔑 @heidiklum ❤️ @sofiavergara and @howiemandel 🎭." They further revealed, "We’ll be sharing our new track, “Get Galactivated!” with audiences all around the world! Show us some love by pre-saving the track on Spotify through the link in our bio and clicking “Our Newest Song” 🙏❤️ " Galactivators post continued, "We’re so excited about this chance to share our harmonious healing sounds with all you lovely earthlings! 🌍🛸✨ Please spread the word and share with your tribe.' Meanwhile, Galactivators announced that they will be releasing their newest single, 'Get Galactivated!' on Friday, July 28 on all platforms through our own independent label GALACTIV8ED Music Collective. Galactica and Joseph noted that they dreamt to send healing cosmic vibes through their music, to make the entire world pulse with the rhythm of our heartbeats.

'America's Got Talent' Season 18 airs every Tuesday at 8 pm ET on NBC and the next day on Peacock.
