LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The upcoming documentary series 'Simone Biles: Rising' is set to offer insight into Simon Biles's harrowing experience with the notorious Dr Larry Nassar, who is presently serving a lengthy jail term for his crimes.
The show, directed by Katie Walsh, will provide an inside look at the life of Simone's seven Olympic medals, following her controversial withdrawal from Tokyo Olympics 2020.

What happened between Simone Biles and Larry Nassar?
Simone Biles was one of hundreds of young women and girls sexually assaulted by Larry Nassar, former doctor of the USA gymnastics team, according to reports from 2018. Nassar committed horrendous acts of abuse for years while reportedly claiming to be providing medical therapy.
The celebrity athlete recounted her story on X on January 16, 2018, revealing that she, too, had been molested by the accused doctor. Sharing her ordeal with a picture on X she simply captioned, "Feelings... #MeToo."
According to Newsweek, Simone acknowledged the abuse and countedthat she opted to openly share her story, thinking it may benefit many others, saying, "If I can shine a light on whatever that is, then I'm going to do it."
What is Larry Nassar up to these days?
Larry Nassar was accused in 2016 of sexually abusing at least 265 young women and girls while providing medical treatment, as per the source outlet. He was sentenced to 60 years in federal prison in December 2017 for reportedly possessing child pornography and tampering with evidence.
In January 2018, he was sentenced to an extra 40 to 175 years in Michigan State Prison after pleading guilty to seven charges of sexual assault in Ingham County.
As per Michigan Radio, Nassar was sentenced to another 40–125 years in Michigan State Prison on three more charges of sexual assault in Eaton County in February 2018.
