What happened in 'Botched' Season 8, Episode 8?

Tyliyah's ear piercing caused a skin keloid, which she removed five times, but it came back more rough and bulbous each time. Dr Nassif excised the keloid tissue before injecting a tumor treatment into her ear to prevent it from coming back.
