Paramount+'s 'School Spirits' Season 3 just got more star-studded with the addition of a horror icon. Set to premiere on Wednesday, January 28, the new season picks up after Maddie Nears (Peyton List) reunites with her physical body, while Wally Clark's (Milo Manheim) fate in Split River High's purgatory remains uncertain. The makers have already teased that season 3 will be darker than ever, and the new cast addition makes the wait harder than ever.

The 'School Spirits' Season 3 trailer introduced Jennifer Tilly, who joins the cast as the mysterious Dr. Hunter-Price. While the character's details are still under wraps, viewers can expect Dr. Hunter-Price to be up to something sinister, as per Fangoria. Meanwhile, the trailer shows Maddie is back among the living, while Simon Elroy (Kristian Ventura) begins to experience the horrors she endured. The trailer hints that the dead face even greater torment, with everyone confronting new, chilling challenges, possibly linked to 'the others', as ominously suggested by Mr. Martin (Josh Zuckerman), as per TV Fanatic.

Notably, 'School Spirits' is expanding beyond Split River High, as season 2 hinted when Xavier Baxter (Spencer MacPherson) saw the dead at the hospital. The 'School Spirits' Season 3 trailer also shows characters facing ongoing supernatural dangers, like Charley (Nick Pugliese) talking about his boyfriend, Yuri (Miles Elliot) choked, and Maddie and Simon bearing the brunt of the horrors. Meanwhile, Rhonda Rosen (Sarah Yarkin) and Quinn (Ci Hang Ma) bond, Mr. Martin investigates a mysterious dark hole, and Wally appears to have survived, keeping fans hopeful.

The trailer also shows Maddie struggling to adjust after her return, seeming to fade between worlds; Simon, equally confused, may hold the key to navigating the new challenges and advancing the story. Additionally, the creators are also going all out to promote season 3, offering fans a golden opportunity to watch the first episode of 'School Spirits' Season 3 early at a special theater screening on Tuesday, January 20. After the episode, cast members, including List, Manheim, Ventura, and Tilly, will join for an exclusive Q&A, as per Collider.

Fans can catch 'School Spirits' Season 3, Episode 1, on the big screen at Vidiots in LA on Tuesday, January 20, at 7.30 pm, followed by a cast Q&A moderated by Collider's Perri Nemiroff. To participate, fans need to submit their email via a Google form and indicate if they plan to bring a guest. As per reports, seats are limited, so it's important to RSVP quickly to secure your spot. Winners will be contacted by email in the days leading up to January 20, and only those with confirmed RSVPs will be allowed entry to the screening and Q&A.
