LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Tooth Pari: When Love Bites', Netflix India's upcoming fantasy horror-comedy, is an unusual love story set in Kolkata between a rebellious vampire and a shy dentist. The story is jam-packed with romance, suspense, and human and inhuman hurdles, and vows to captivate the audience not just because of an unconventional love story, but also with the prospect of vampires falling in love with humans.

Endemol Shine India produces the Netflix series, with Pratim D Gupta serving as the fantasy thriller's creator, writer, and director. Pratim also serves as the film's executive producer, alongside Mrinalini Khanna, Vishal Mehra, Harish Shah, and Rishi Negi, as well as Gaurav Gokhale, Mitul Mody, and Abhishek Rege. Actors including Shantanu Maheshwari and Tanya Maniktala play the titular characters.

What is the plot of 'Tooth Pari: When Love Bites'?

Set in Kolkata, Rumi, a rebellious, bloodthirsty, and beautiful vampire breaks one of her ‘fangs’ during a hunt and consults Roy, a shy and afraid human dentist who lives next door, to get it corrected. Even though it might seem impossible sparks fly between Rumi and Roy and the only question that ponders upon them is really whether human and mystical forces can keep them apart. The premise of this romantic thriller series revolves around how an unlikely couple navigates romance when their meanings of a 'love bite' differ greatly!
