The Sun brings up the details of the divorce documents that were initially filed by Mike in December 2013.
After a few months in May 2014, the filing of the divorce and order for dismissal were entered. The divorce was finally dismissed in January 2015.
Both Monica and Mike were given custody of their daughter Jaidyn.
According to the documents, Monica's gross monthly income was estimated to be $4,500, which was higher than Mike's.
Still, Mike was ordered by the court to pay 'RHOSLC' star $399/month in child support. Neither Monica nor Mike received the alimony.

Monica may not be making the same as that of 'RHOSLC' OG cast members but she is surely making enough from the show.
Heavy reveals that the 'RHOSLC' cast members were paid $2K per episode in Season 1.
However, the salary increased as the seasons moved ahead. The members got $6.5K per episode from Season 2 onwards.
It has been speculated that they got a further 10% salary hike in Season 3.
If that is true, there must have been a slight increase in the salary in Season 4 as well.
Why did 'RHOSLC' star Monica Garcia file for divorce again?
After initially filing for divorce in December 2013, Monica reconciled with Mike and stayed together for another 8 years.
She was later reported to have filed for divorce for a 2nd time on June 12, 2023.
According to the reports the last document was filed in late August. As per the documents, a domestic injunction was filed where neither party can "harass, intimidate, or disturb the peace of the other party."
