BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Plastic surgery may be lucrative, especially if you are well-known and have a large clientele. In this field of employment, location and reputation might be everything. While some plastic surgeons make a fortune, not all invest suitably, and some are still paying off large university debts or have a high overhead for their practices. The elder generation has often had the time to square all the school and initial expenditures, resulting in the highest net worth.

Co-starring alongside Dr Terry Dubrow in 'Botched' is Dr Paul Nassif, a Lebanese surgeon, who specializes in ethnic rhinoplasty and rhinoplasty revisions. It seems like Dr Nassif has no intention of leaving the show or its offshoot, which helps him recruit a high-profile clientele.

Dr Paul Nassif sold his Bel-Air home for $20.4M

After years of development and tremendous design work on the pad, Dr Nassif sold his lavish Bel-Air property for a beautiful coin in June. According to property records, the top doctor from 'Botched' sold his three-story Bel-Air mansion at auction on June 14 for $20.4 million. Dr Nassif was left with $18.4 million after auction costs, according to TMZ.

The three-story home was originally advertised for $32 million in 2021 but has since undergone many price reductions and real estate agents. Dr Nassif never resided in the house; it was just a real estate and design endeavor for him. The house has 7 bedrooms, and 14 bathrooms, and sits on 1.3 acres.

The owner is immediately struck by the property's remarkable qualities. To create the tone, there's a private automobile court, stone cladding, and water features. The property has two gourmet kitchens, a big pantry, an indoor-outdoor gym with a steam room and sauna, a lounge and bar, a 12-seat theater, and a temperature-controlled wine room, in addition to the opulent bedrooms.

An infinity-edged pool with a Baja terrace and Jacuzzi flows to a smaller pool on the lower level. There is an outdoor entertainment area on all three levels, as well as a parking space for up to five automobiles. Don't overlook the breathtaking city-to-ocean views. Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman and Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Realty handled the listing.

Dr Paul Nassif returns to TV screens with Season 8 of 'Botched' premieres August 3 at 10 PM ET/PT on E!
