The Plath family thinks the best way to run a family is by dividing up the chores among the family members. However, most of the time there is only one person who is left taking care of things and it happens to be the third oldest child, Lydia.

Lydia is clearly not happy that she is the one who is often left cooking food for everyone while also making sure that everything is washed and cleaned.

Lydia tells Moriah that it is time for her to take part in the household activities as most often then not she is the only one handling things at home. Talking to the cameras, Lydia confessed that she is not happy with the fact that she would soon be the oldest daughter in the house.

With Ethan moving out and Moriah and Micah getting involved with new things, it will only be Lydia left in the house.

Lydia also admitted that she felt the pressure, making sure that all the chores in the house were taken care of. Looking at how stressed Lydia would often get, Moriah made her a promise that she would help out with the chores after everyone is done having their food.

However, fans have many questions after the episode wondering what Kim is doing if all the children are taking care of the house.

"What does this mom do all day every day? One kid stressed over how to get out, another stressed over doing all the housework, and the mom nowhere to be found unless she is putting Moriah or Olivia down over the way they are," read one comment.

Another read, "That's sad, Lydia be smiling all the time knowing she tired of doing all the work. I fear one day she gonna crack."

Some wanted Lydia to know that it was important for her to step out and realize there are more things in life as one comment read, "I hope Lydia realizes there is more to life."

While Season 1 of the show has come to an end, it looks like people will have to wait until next season to see how things change for the Plaths.
