Sebastian Stan slams Trump presidency at Cannes, warns US is in a "really bad place"
Hollywood actor Sebastian Stan slammed US President Donald Trump and his presidency during his speech at Cannes, warning that the country's political climate has reached a dangerous tipping point.
During the press conference earlier today, the MCU veteran responded to the backlash to his 2024 Trump biopic, 'The Apprentice.'
Stan called out the alleged ongoing consolidation of media and legal threats under the current administration, noting and alleging that his production team faced those exact same censorship tactics from Trump's camp just days before their film's premiere two years ago.
Stan is currently at the festival promoting his new heart-wrenching family drama 'Fjord, which debuted to a massive 10-minute standing ovation.
