Robert De Niro is using his time at the Tribeca Film Festival to speak out against President Donald Trump. Arriving at the festival with his partner, Tiffany Chen, the veteran actor was captured yelling out his stance against Trump on June 8, 2026. De Niro has been vocal about his disapproval of Trump, taking a veiled dig at the president at the opening night of the film festival, saying, “monstrous leaders…are trying to force us apart for their own immoral, cruel and corrupt purposes.” In March 2026, the actor also spoke out against Trump at the ‘No Kings’ protest.
