'Was it Love' Episode 11 promo shows Dae-o in jail for punching Ryu Jin for deleting a message from Ae-jeong
'Was it Love' Episode 11 will continue where we left off in Episode 10. The big confrontation between Ae-jeong, Ryu Jin and Dae-o about who her daughter Ha-nee's father really is. For now, she has confirmed that the father is not Ryu Jin and Episode 10 ended after Dae-o asked her if he was the father. Going by the promo that was released, it seems that Ae-jeong is extremely mad at all of them for making her life a source of gossip. She tells Ryu Jin, Dae-o, and Yeon-woo who arrive at that time that whoever the father is, it would not make a difference.
Then we also see how Ryu Jin confesses to Dae-o that he was the one to delete the message that Ae-jeong had sent him. He also says the same to Ae-jeong and also tells her that he was the first one to like her. While we are not sure about how Ae-jeong reacted, Dae-o doesn't take it lightly and he even throws a punch at Ryu Jin. We also see him with a forlorn look on his face, but behind the bars. So is he imprisoned because of the punches? Then there is the entire conversation about Dae-o not knowing about the existence of his own daughter.
He tells Ae-jeong that because of her one decision, Ha-nee had to grow up not knowing who her father was. She has no bond with her father and from the looks of it, she even wants to exact revenge in her mother's stead because she believes that her father had abandoned both herself and her mother. She doesn't know that her father never knew about her existence. So will this really become a huge conflict within the family? Dae-o already had to give up on pursuing Ae-jeong romantically after she lashed out at him for making her doubt him and cheating on her. Now though, the situation has become a lot more complicated because of Ha-nee.
We also see in the promo that Dae-o gets a chance to go through Ha-nee's photographs, videos from her childhood and her baby clothes but can this really compensate for being separated from his daughter all these years? This question's answer can only be found as we watch Dae-o, Ae-jeong, and Ha-nee figure out what the others mean to their lives.
New episodes of 'Was it Love?' will air on JTBC at 9.30 pm on Wednesdays and Thursday and will be available to stream on Netflix.
