'Avengers Endgame' was the culmination of a decade worth of storytelling. It saw the return of heroes who had been snapped away in 'Avengers: Infinity War' and a farewell to beloved ones like Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr).

But the show must go on, and along with films like 'Black Widow' and 'Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness', all eyes are on Disney+ series 'WandaVision' and 'Falcon And The Winter Soldier'.

Photos from the sets of 'WandaVision' have made it to the internet, and the excitement is palpable. The photos reveal a massive investigation being conducted by the new military and surveillance unit known as SWORD. Hence, it clear the unit is going to play a major role in the series.

In the comics, SWORD, like SHIELD, is another organization that specializes in the defense of Earth from superhuman threats. SWORD specifically deals with extraterrestrial threats while SHIELD mostly deals with things on Earth.

With the filming taking place in Atlanta, it's quite possible that SWORD might just be showing up in 'Winter Soldier And The Falcon'. The series deals with international espionage with a government-sanctioned replacement in Captain America, as US  agent was spotted holding the iconic shield.

So what could SWORD forces be upto in either of the productions? Marvel Studios Kevin Feige had earlier explained that the Disney+ series will push the franchise forward, and show fans a glimpse at the future of the franchise. A lot of answers would be provided for burning questions as well.

"Having the opportunity to tell more of their story, to see more of what Wanda can do, more of what makes Vision Vision, and — most importantly — reveal a name that I'm not even sure we've said in the MCU yet, but we absolutely make a big deal of in the show, which is that Wanda is in fact the Scarlet Witch," Feige explained.

"What does that mean, that she is the Scarlet Witch? And that's what we play into in this show, in ways that are entirely fun, entirely funny, somewhat scary, and will have repercussions for the entire future Phase 4 of the MCU," he said at CCXP last month.

The last we saw of Wanda Maximoff, was when she took her due revenge on Thanos (Josh Brolin) in the final battle showdown of 'Endgame'.

Vision (Paul Bettany) had been killed in 'Avengers Infinity War', as Thanos had taken the mind stone out of his head.  WandaVision is supposed to focus on the love story of Wanda and Vision, in the 1950s.

Both 'WandaVision' and 'Falcon And The Winter Soldier' will debut on Disney+ this year.
