Two women have been arrested over accusation that they had sex with a 14-year-old boy they met at a pool party in Temple, Texas, in July, reports said.

Desiree Cherie Hovatter, 19, of Houston, and Austin resident Savanna Nicole Spurlock, 21 reportedly met the teenager at the party, after which he went home with Hovatter to have sex on his sister's bed.

It is being said that one of them allegedly warned the teenager to keep mum about the encounter after having sex with him after the party, which was attended by both minors and adults.

The alleged victim's parents were out of town at the time of the incident due to a family emergency, The Temple Daily Telegram reports.

According to KWTX, Spurlock is accused of having sex with the minor sometime in mid-August. That said, both suspects were charged with second-degree felony sexual assault of a child before being remanded to custody in Bell County Jail on a $100,000 bond.

However, it is unclear if Hovatter or Spurlock had appeared before a judge to enter a plea or if they have lawyers representing them in court, People reports.

A relative of the 14-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, said he admitted to her that he'd engaged in sexual intercourse with Hovatter, according to the Daily Telegram.

KWTX reported that the boy revealed to a forensic examiner that he had sex with both Hovatter and Spurlock, and that the latter allegedly told him back in August not to tell anyone about the encounter they had in an apartment complex in Temple where she lived with her family,  or “she would have to go to jail for 10 years," the affidavit states.

If convicted, the two women face anything from two to twenty years behind bars.
