President Donald Trump fed into the popular opinion of the social media that arose after he started debating Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden on their first face-off before the election, by posting a collage that insinuated that he was not only pitted against the former vice president but the moderator for the night, which was 'Fox News Sunday' anchor Chris Wallace.

The POTUS posted what looked like a fan art soon after the debate got over which showed him one side and Biden and Wallace sharing screen space on the right with the letters "VS" in between. Since the post left no doubt as to what Trump meant to say, he chose to put up the tweet without any caption.

The president's supporters rallied behind him after praising his efforts to tackle both Biden and Wallace on the debate stage which was held in Cleveland, Ohio. "And still YOU won!" one wrote, while another said, "You did a great job president." A third opined, "You cleaned his clock. Full stop. The American ppl give a damn about 2 things right now: leftist violence & the shutdown. Biden denies the violence happening before all of our eyes & wants to keep America shut down. You called him out & pressed on Hunterโ€™s corruption! Bravo" One supporter wrote, "All in for Trump! Wallace was a disgrace and we all saw it. On your side ans eager to vote for you." Another commented, "Chris Wallace was a disaster tonight, he could not help himself, because he is a Democrat political hack who interrupted and debated President Trump several times during the debate!"

Some of the people who backed Biden during the debate took the opportunity to point out how Trump came out a loser after the debate. "All you have to do is let Trump self destruct and that's what we all witnessed tonight," one of them said, while another commented, "If you missed the debate and really want to get the full experience of it, my advice is turn on Netflix and watch Tiger King." A third wrote, "Bro... accept your loss and move on.." Another one opined, "Bulls**t, you lost." One of the others remarked, "Nah dude, it was trump vs trump. You destroyed YOURSELF in that debate. The easiest thing to do should have been to denounce White Supremacy. Instead, you told the Proud Boys 'Stand back and stand by.' You are DONE, 'Mr. President.'"

Trump's tweet came after Wallace pressed the president over why he had not come up with a comprehensive plan to repeal Obamacare in the nearly four years of his presidential term. Wallace said: "You, in the course of these four years, have never come up with a comprehensive plan to replace Obamacare. And just this last Thursday, you signed a largely symbolic executive order to protect people with pre-existing conditions five days before this debate. So my question, sir, is what is the Trump healthcare plan?"

After being heard muttering during Wallace's question, Trump lost his cool and said: "Well, first of all, I guess I'm debating you, not him." He then began countering the moderator's statement. "There's nothing symbolic. I'm cutting drug prices," he said. "I'm going with 'favored nations' which no president has the courage to do because you're going against big pharma. Drug prices will be coming down 80 or 90 percent," which caused Biden to snicker by his side.

Although Wallace tried to point out the fact that Trump was not debating him, Trump insisted that he did. "Youโ€™re debating him, not me," Wallace said, gesturing towards the president's Democratic challenger. As Biden simply stood by, Trump and Wallace repeatedly talked over each other. "Mr. President I'm the moderator of this debate and I'd like you to let me ask my question," Wallace said. "I guess I'm debating you, not him," Trump shot back.

Trump has previously expressed frustration with Wallace and Fox News Network, believing the network should not be critical of his administration.
