Trump's approval rating reaches his highest in 23 months at 52 percent after State of the Union address

President Donald Trump's job approval ratings among likely voters climbed 52 percent on Monday, according to a daily tracking poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports. Rasmussen is the polling organization which the president frequently uses to promote himself.
The latest poll conducted revealed that the percentage is Trump's highest since March 6, 2017, less than even weeks after he took office in the White House. The poll also stated that overall 46 percent of likely voters disapproved of Trump's performance in the Oval Office. The numbers reportedly came from surveys conducted during the three weekdays after Trump's State of the Union address.
