Spoilers for 'Tough as Nails' August 12 episode

Cast members have been competing to maintain their place in the individual challenge and some of them have lost their chance over the course of a few episodes. With only seven people remaining in the race, the competition is getting harder. In the latest episode that aired on Thursday, August 12, the cast members had to take on the duty of getting the trash out for the individual challenge.

The task saw trash bags kept on each side of the road. Every individual had to keep up with the garbage disposable truck that would be moving continuously and then put the maximum number of trash bags into it. The person to have the least number of bags in the truck would be heading to the timeout challenge.

Once the competition came to an end, Michelle S Kiddy and Myles V Polk were the ones to have the least number into the truck. This landed both of them into the bottom two. This was the third time Michelle was in the overtime. Host Phil Keoghan referred to Michelle as the "man-eater" because she had managed to throw Lee Marshall and Luis Yuli out of the individual challenge.

Seeing how Michelle had emerged victorious by throwing two men out of the game, Myles knew he was in for some tough competition. The overtime challenge had Michelle and Myles place bricks on the floor to create a pattern. Myles decided to look at the challenge as a puzzle. He started by laying a prototype for the design and then continued to place the bricks on the side to match it.

However, Michelle followed a different strategy. She decided to segregate four bricks that were needed to make the pattern before starting off the construction. Once she thought everything was in place, she decided to lay the bricks out evenly. Phil admitted that Michelle always focused on working smarter than harder and wondered if it would work in her favor again.

As time passed, Michelle struggled to fill the gaps that were formed because she did not lay the pieces evenly. Meanwhile, Myles continued to put the bricks in order and before anyone knew it, he managed to complete the task and maintain his position in the race. Unfortunately, Michelle had to tap out of the individual challenge, but she still has a chance to win some money if her group wins other challenges.

'Tough as Nails' airs on Wednesdays at 9 pm ET on CBS.
