Dirty Hands and Savage Crew go neck to neck in another competition and this time, they had to choose a different leader for the team. Melissa Burns was chosen as the leader for Dirty Hands while Kelly "Murph" Murphy was selected for the Savage Crew. The task at hand for the teams was to set up a fence around the plot to make sure it is fit for animals to be in.

Both teams had a plan in mind with two people staying back and starting with the work while the others focussed their strength on getting the tools and using them to their benefit. Melissa was quick to take the lead and decided to play on everyone's strength.

She assigned people respective tasks while making sure her voice acted as a source of communication between the team. Thanks to her skills, the team was able to get a jump start into the competition. The team ensured they had everything in place to start the fencing. While the Dirty Hands team was doing phenomenal when it comes to team communication, the Savage Crew was struggling to get everyone on the same page.

Murph was unable to guide people on what to do and the team struggled to make a note of what task would they be best suitable for. Looking at how the team had been struggling, Tara Davis decided to take matters in her own hands and thought she could take a lead by putting the fence before the team had put up woods to nail them in.

Unfortunately, her idea did not work. She struggled to set the fence right without any support. The Savage Crew failed to have proper communication. While the team tried to figure out what would be the best way to go about the task, the Dirty Hands were all set to complete the task.

Despite having a setback when they fixed a wood incorrectly, the team decided to work on it and not think of it as a disadvantage. Luckily for them, the team handled the situation well and won the task. Fans were quick to praise Melissa for showing incredible leadership skills as one user wrote, "Melissa should be the MVP of this challenge, she's KILLING it!"

A viewer added, "Melissa is a badass" while another wrote on her performance, "OBVIOUSLY MELISSA NEEDS 2 BE TEAM LEADER LOL." 'Tough As Nails' airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm ET on CBS.
