As the Premier League return looms large, the Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester City clash is one of the mouth-watering encounters fans will be eager to watch. Both teams are prime contenders for the title in this edition and Jose Mourinho's Spurs have been in rich form throughout. Pep Guardiola will have his hands full in trying to stop a red-hot Harry Kane as the Citizens head to the Spurs lair on Saturday (November 21).

Placed third on the points table, the Spurs will look to nab three points and rocket to the top while a win for City will catapult them further up the ladder. Here's everything you need to know ahead of the clash:

Time

Kick-off is scheduled for 12.30 pm ET on Saturday, November 21, 2020.

Venue

City head to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Spurs' home turf.

Where to watch?

The match can be watched live on NBCSN and Universo.

How to live stream?

NBC Sports App, Peacock, FuboTV (7-day free trial) are the best platforms to watch the English Premier League across the United States. Users with access to NBC Gold and Peacock, the network's new subscription streaming platform, can also catch the games. The Spanish language broadcast is available on Telemundo Deportes.

Peacock will showcase 175 live matches throughout the season. In addition, it will also have full-game replays available on-demand for all slated 380 matches of the 2020-21 season. These replays will be available after 9 pm ET the day of the match, according to Cnet. Prices for Fubo vary based on the plan and selected add-ons. The streamer's most popular plan in the US includes 100+ channels at $59.99 per month.

Pre-match buzz

Coronavirus concerns envelop both camps. Spurs' Matt Doherty tested positive while City will be likely to miss left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko after Ukraine's team was placed under quarantine after Eduard Sobol, Yevhen Makarenko and Dmytro Riznyk tested positive on Monday. According to Sky Sports, Gareth Bale too expressed his concerns as he interacted with Doherty testing positive. "It's a slight concern for everybody when you've been playing someone and you're in close contact with them on the field," Bale said.

"Maybe you're not long enough with them to catch it, but you're a bit wary."

On the game front, Spurs are on a roll and have won their last three games on the trot. Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son have been rich form for the Spurs and with Bale finding his groove, they are bonafide title contenders this season. City, on the other hand, is yet to hit that level of consistency. Their clash against Liverpool ahead of the second international break ended in a stalemate and Guardiola's men will be looking to climb up the points table.

Who will win?

Spurs come in as the favorites and have fond memories of their last encounter between the two sides blanking City 2-0. Although they are the more formidable unit, rubbing off City would be a mistake.
