'Total Bellas' season 4: Brie sneaks behind Bryan's back for a boob job consultation

Being a mom is hard on any woman, especially when you're constantly in the spotlight. Brie Bella will be really feeling the pressure in the next episode of 'Total Bellas'. In the last episode, we saw Nikki Bella trying to move on with her life while dealing with the hangover of her breakup with John Cena and the twins trying to get back in the ring with WWE's first ever women's pay per view, 'Evolution'.
Brie revealed she had been insecure about her body since Birdie was born, but was ready to show the world what moms were made of. However, she could find her confidence dwindling in the upcoming episode. She's always been super upfront about her insecurities with regards to childbirth on the show and we know her first pregnancy wasn't easy breezy.
