'Ooooopppsss': Tommy Lee says he was on a bender when he posted his nude picture on Instagram
SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS: Superstar Tommy Lee had uploaded a nude image of himself displaying his genitalia on Instagram, which he recently revealed was due to binge drinking. The 59-year-old drummer spoke to fans about the photo at his band's performance in San Antonio, Texas on Monday, August 22.
"A couple weeks ago, we had like a two week break off the tour and I went on a motherf***ing bender, bro. A bender! I got f**king sideways as f**k and got naked and posted pictures of my d**k," he told the audience. Then he prompted the other men in the crowd to display their own penises. "Usually, I mean I'm a t****y man, so I like to see t****es. But tonight, tonight it's equal opportunity night! Tonight I want to see everyone's d**k! Come on boys, pull your s**t out!"

Tommy surprised his followers in early August when he shared a fully naked photo of himself sitting on what seemed to be the edge of a bathtub. In the now-deleted photo, he can be seen flashing his penis at his followers on Instagram while sporting only a silver chain and nipple piercings. The post was captioned as "Ooooopppsss."
What followed was a barrage of criticism. The photograph was subsequently taken down since Instagram has a stringent no-nudity rule. Tommy's wife, Brittany Furlan, was thunderstruck after looking at the picture. She commented, "OH MY GOD." Comedian Ryan Sickler joked by saying, "Does the camera add 5lbs?" Rook, Machine Gun Kelly's drummer, said, "I'M F****N DYING."
A follower commented, "TOMMY PUT THE PHONE DOWN NOW." while another wrote, "Looks like a relaxing bath!" The dating app for queer people, Grindr, commented on the post, "Wrong app, babe." Tommy's post got several other comments like, "How long will this stay up?" and "TOM YOU CANT POST THIS ON INSTAGRAM."
He chuckled at his own post by following it with a picture of an elephant swinging its trunk while gazing at a nude man. The post was captioned, "How do you breathe through that little thing??" referring to Tommy's penis size.
Tommy first gained notoriety as the drummer for Mötley Crüe, but his wedding to Baywatch star Pamela Anderson catapulted him to stardom. The couple made a sex tape that went viral in 1995. He divorced Pamela in 1998. After his romance with Pamela was recreated in the television series 'Pam & Tommy', the star gained a newfound fandom. While he lent his blessing to the miniseries that chronicles their turbulent marriage and their stolen sex tape, his ex-wife was not happy with the raunchy biography.
In his 2005 autobiography, 'Tommyland', Tommy disclosed that he had a lengthy discussion with his genitals over falling in love with Pamela. The sequence was reenacted in Pam and Tommy on Disney+, where Sebastian Stan played the part of the superstar. Lily James plays Pamela. Many puppeteers were employed for the graphic sequence in Pam & Tommy, and Jason Mantzoukas provided the voice for Tommy's genitalia. Stan earlier revealed that to prepare for Tommy's role, he reviewed the rocker's autobiography, watched countless videos, talked to him on the phone and took drumming classes.
