Release date and how to watch

‘There’s Someone Inside Your House’ will be premiering exclusively on Netflix on Monday, September 6. According to the Netflix press site, the film will be available for streaming at 3:01 am EST. Viewers can download the Netflix app from Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store to watch the aforementioned movie.

Plot

“Makani Young (Sydney Park) has moved from Hawaii to quiet, small-town Nebraska to live with her grandmother and finish high school, but as the countdown to graduation begins, her classmates are stalked by a killer intent on exposing their darkest secrets to the entire town, terrorizing victims while wearing a life-like mask of their own face. With a mysterious past of her own, Makani and her friends must discover the killer's identity before they become victims themselves.”

Titled ‘There’s Someone Inside Your House’, the movie revolves around a young woman named Makani Young (Sydney Park) who has recently moved to Nebraska to finish her high school. However, as the countdown to graduation begins, a killer intends to expose her classmates dark secrets in front of the entire town.

Cast

Sydney Park is playing the lead role of Makani Young in the movie while Theodore Pellerin will be seen as Oliver “Ollie” Larsson. Park has been in the entertainment industry since 2006 and has worked on various projects such as ‘Hannah Montana’, ‘CSI: NY’, ‘Instant Mom’, and ‘Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists’. Meanwhile, she can currently be seen playing the role of Cyndie in ‘The Walking Dead’.



 

Other actors to feature in the movie include Emilija Baranac (Hailey), Asjha Cooper (Alex Crisp), Jesse LaTourette (Darby), Sarah Dugdale (Katie Koons), Ivy Matheson (Kayla), and Diego Josef (Rodrigo).

Creators

Two of the biggest names in the industry are attached with this project as Shawn Levy and James Wan are producing the movie through their respective production banners 21 Laps and Atomic Monster. Meanwhile, the movie is being helped by Patrick Brice, who is known for movies like ‘Creep’, ‘Creep 2’ and ‘Corporate Animals’.

Apart from Levy and Wan, notable personalities like Dan Cohen and Michael Clear also serve as producers in the movie.

Trailer

The trailer gives us a glimpse of how Makani and her friends struggle to keep their secrets, hidden from the world. On the other hand, a killer wearing the life-like mask of its victims is terrorizing their world and threatening to expose their secrets in front of the whole world. Will Makani and her friends be able to save themselves from the wrath of the killer? The answer to that question will be given once the movie releases on Netflix.
