The Weeknd's fourth studio album post Selena Gomez split is "scary good," says Travis Scott
The Weekend's fourth studio album is ready and it appears to be really good.
The Weeknd's fourth studio album is complete and it is pure fire, according to music industry colleague Travis Scott. The new father, whose partner Kylie Jenner recently gave birth to their daughter Stormi Webster, took to Twitter to tell Abel Tesfaye, aka The Weeknd, how much he loved the album.
The Weeknd, who has flown under the radar after a very public split with Selena Gomez may just have put his pain and angst of heartbreak in this upcoming album. If this is anything like 'Starboy', Abel's last hit, it will be a huge success. Heartbreak does give birth to the most amazing art and Abel's new album may just be really great.
If you think about it, the singer has been through while he was with Selena. Hate from Jelena shippers, Selena's life-threatening illness and ultimately have his worst fears confirmed probably as she ran off with Justin Bieber, the first chance she got.
The two split in November last year after dating for ten months. Abel was reportedly the one to call it off, on the phone. According to TMZ, it was because he felt that "lost its passion" and the spark had been "fizzling out" for quite some time. The two had seemed so happy, sad, it was shortlived.
