It was the team splitting into two in Episode 8 of 'The Walking Dead: World Beyond'. With Silas (Hal Cumpston) confessing he killed drifters, Tony (Scott Adsit) and Percy (Ted Sutherland), the team's worst nightmare indeed comes true and he leaves the group to determine his own fate. Elton (Nicolas Cantu) still believing that Silas had a good side to him decides to help him by tagging along and hopes it would boost their chances of survival dramatically.

But it was a bittersweet moment for the geeky teen as he finally comes to know of his mother's death from Hope (Alexa Mansour) and he hugs her and leaves. The final minutes of the episode also reveal Huck (Annet Mahendru) was working for the CRM all the time and has been tasked to take care of the "asset". With this. 'The Sky is a Graveyard' had enough drama and a shock ending and promised to set up a humdinger of a finale.

The bigger question would be if the teens would reunite? From the promo, it does appear that Felix (Nico Tortorella) is in bad shape after an attack, and the boys coming to their aid would be the ideal solution. However, with the details not being clear, much about the finale's storylines leave room for speculation. And while the odds of the teaming up again are high, the second question is if things will be the same between the four teens. The series did make it clear Silas and Elton liked Iris (Aliyah Royale) and Hope.

The reasons are pretty clear. Iris is still in a state of disbelief that Silas was a murderer, while Hope may all but have crumbled the budding relationship by telling Elton she was responsible for his mother's death. And considering each of them has had their own share of trauma in the past. Forgiveness and reconciliation will be key factors to watch out for in the two-part season finale. The synopsis has been packaged quite cleverly so as to mask most details.

The logline reads: "A series of setbacks cause a member of the group to reevaluate their role in the mission; someone makes a surprising discovery; a startling revelation casts everything in a new light." While we are clearly unaware who does what in the finale, the relationships between the teens will be the focal point.

What are your thoughts on how the relationship between Silas and Iris, Elton and Hope will pan out?

'The Walking Dead: World Beyond' airs Sundays at 10 pm ET on AMC.
