‘The Voice’ Season 20 is currently broadcasting the blind auditions where we have already seen the much-deserving contestants like Anna Grace, Avery Roberson, Zae Romeo, Kenzie Wheeler, Rain Stern, Rachel Mac and Victor Solomon among others advancing to the next round.

The loyal viewers of the singing reality show are also loving the chemistry between the judges namely Blake Shelton, John Legend, Kelly Clarkson and Nick Jonas. During one of the episodes of blind auditions, we will also see a contestant named Keegan Ferrell performing in front of the judges. The young talented crooner is expected to impress the coaches with an intention to secure a place on the singing reality show.

Who is Keegan Ferrell?

 The 21-year-old crooner is passionate about his music. The singer’s official website reveals that he penned his very first song at the age of 14 and also learned piano from a young age. The Fort Wayne, Indiana native became a student of classical and jazz piano, which led to a scholarship to the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. He later moved to Nashville to focus on his music. His website bio reveals that he studies the works of old-school jazz and R&B greats to create a sound that is uniquely his own.



 

Ferrell’s music is heavily inspired by artists like John Coltrane, Charlie Parker, John Mayer, Bruno Mars, D’Angelo, Stevie Wonder, Daniel Caesar, and Mac Ayres. ‘The Voice’ aspirant has also released a 13-track debut album called ‘Finer Things’. Keegan Ferrell won the Sanctuary Showdown singer-songwriter competition in Montgomery, Alabama. Apart from this, his Instagram profile also revealed that he starred in a commercial for Yamaha Music and had a snippet of one of his Christmas songs air on a FOX TV show in December 2019.

‘The Voice’ Season 20 airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8 pm ET/PT on NBC.
